You would have thought they'd edit that out of the scene. I noticed it too. Is there significance to the hydrant or just an oversight by post production?

I'm not sure that I am seeing the problem, with the fire hydrant. I live in the country, yet rural water has lines run everywhere, and there are often fire hydrants in what appears to be no where, for the use of the rural fire departments to fill their tanker trucks.

I remember there is a hydrant somewhere near the intersection on 520 rd and hwy 88. Which is almost the middle of nowhere, but right off the highway.

This is exactly how I feel. First season was phenomenal.... Each subsequent season has gotten slower and duller.

It's probably not coincidence that Frank Darabont, the guy who developed the TV series, got booted from the show after the first season.

If she really wanted to prove her point she should have gutted herself. Stupid psycho. That episode made me feel ill.

I wasn't surprised, I expected something like that to happen. They had to deal with the issue of the girls and I knew it wasn't going to be pretty. The problem that I see with the show right now is they have WAY too many angles going on at once. It was fine when you only had to deal with a few storylines, but when there are 10 friggin different groups & storylines it's hard to keep focus.
