We said goodbye to Tim today. My boss requested OCPD Honor Guards presence, and boy did they deliver. Those guys and gals strive for perfection and they absolutely did not disappoint. I was doing OK today until they played taps and folded the flag, presenting it his daughter Madi. 
Anyway, it was an awesome service and I had the chance to visit with some people I had not seen in a while. These next few weeks will be kinda tough, but I have three incredible families to get me by: my wife and kids, my blue family and my OSA family.
Thank you all so, so very much for your kind words, shoulders to cry and lean on and phone numbers. Plan on some calls from me. These next two weeks are gonna be tough. But with my families love and support, I'll be OK.
