Magpul had this quote from Thucydides in it:

"A nation that draws too broad a difference between its scholars and its warriors will have its thinking done for it by cowards and its fighting done by fools".

The more I read about Thucydides the more I respect his legacy.

Tell me....our current president is a scholar isn't he. hmmmmm! Says a lot about our nations state of afairs.

It tells me that Thucydides was also a very rich scholar as well and look at the shape his nation is in.
