Stopped by the gun counter at the BX yesterday to check on ammo. A buddy of mine had ordered an LPK a few weeks back and went in with me to pick it up.
The bubbas behind the counter said that AAFES is not going to carry the LPKs anymore, and they ordered the shop to send back all existing stock, even those specifically ordered for customers.
The counter bubbas also said they might not be selling stripped lowers much longer either. WTF?
Interesting. I knew it wouldn't be long before AAFES got all wishy washy and politically correct..."we can sell complete guns, but good lord we can't let anyone build their own!"
