Well the legal aspect is interesting. Guess you would have to prove intent. If I bought something cheap today, then broke my dentures and needed new teeth, couldn't I sell at market value tomorrow?
How about mags? That illegal too? I wanted some 226 mags but they were $85 in the classifieds. Sold fast.
