Oh, and I got some Grand's biscuits for in the morning... I'll post tomorrow breakfast pics, too. Gonna throw a slice on a biscuit, a slice of cheese, then a fried egg on top. I know... I'm a cardiologist's wet dream.



I wanted to do some cheese and some jalapenos in there, too, and I may do that someday - but for now, first try, my family won't really chow down on it that way. My son won't eat cheese in any form or fashion except on pizza, and no one else likes anything as hot as I do. I think next time I may spice it up a little bit and just mix a few pieces of jalapeno in with the sausage. Personally, I'd like to just julienne the little batchles and throw them in the middle.

I made it down... about to pop some biscuits in the oven. Stupid Dave70968 got me distracted with his link and I've been staring at fatties for the last half-hour with my belly rumbling! lol

Now I've learned some more techniques and gotten about a hundred more fatty ideas! Too damn bad bacon's gotten so farging expensive!

Will do. We don't have a Reasor's here, but next time I make it to Tulsa, I'll make a point of it. I needa look and see if there's on in Ponca.

<edit> Just looked... seems they're all clustered around Tulsa. Collinsville is the closest to me.
