Took the last ride today

Had to put Maggie, my GSD down today. I adopted her from the animal shelter 15 years ago. Her liver was going, her back legs were giving out. She was gentle, good natured and loved to play.
She was a member of the family and will be missed.

I normally don't post this stuff, but it hit me pretty hard today.

Tough thing to go through, I would bet that Maggie enjoyed a very good life with you. Saddens the heart to lose our loyal four legged companions.
