Yes. Maybe you can join online and print off a confirmation or something? I dunno. You probably won't get your NRA card in 5 days.

Yes, and you can join at the meeting if you want. At least they were doing that when I joined and I'm betting they still do. They wanted two separate checks when I joined up, one for the NRA and one for the club.
