Ooo this is good info. We need our carpets cleaned this Spring in a bad way. Just using a spot cleaner comes up with dark brown water and the carpets just look 'dark'. Shouldn't be as bad in the future. First 2 years here there were vacant lots all around us, lots of exposure to the wind and blowing dust + pets + me trudging in and out = dirty carpet.
For what it's worth I know my brother in law has gone behind several companies in the Tulsa area to re-clean houses & businesses b/c it wasn't done properly to begin with. Honestly if the guys don't show up in a good rig with a truck mounted type set-up with a big vac tank your probably getting screwed. I have also noticed alot of them try to work as fast as possible without properly extracting all the water from the pad under the carpet. This can lead to a musty smell later on & mold issues under the carpet. Just a few words of advice when picking a cleaner to use.
I worked for him part time to help get through a rough patch & I can tell you this, Todd does not cut corners & does not allow his employee's to either. Matter of fact 95% of the time he is on site either as supervisor or doing the work himself. They also move & block furniture as needed to properly clean instead of just cleaning around your couch. Anyone interested just tell him his brother in law Mike referred you. I know he runs specials sometimes & I believe he has a multi-room special as well. You would just have to call & see honestly just incase he has changed it up. I know they are one of the few cleaners that are members of the town chamber of commerce in several cities & I have yet to see a unsatisfied customer, residential or business. They can pretty much clean any surface from carpet to tile. You'd be hard pressed to find a better company around this area.

Here's a huge +1 for Dynamic. I worked for them for years, and go to church with most of the guys as well as the owner. They will do things the right way.
My wife won't allow me to call anyone else. She loves the fact the techs that show up don't creep her out (whatever that means)...
Let me share a story that made Dynamic my number 1.
2 years ago I had a guy buy my business with the agreement of me running the business that he knew nothing about.
perks to the job new Truck, Nice house, Insurance, all the goods… long story short I got hurt on the job and the owner dropped my pay to 8 bucks an hour and told me to get out of the house, Even though my family was getting kicked to the curb it did not change the fact my kid dropped red kool-aid on the carpet so i called Dynamic.
Guy came out on a Sunday cleaned the carpet, looked me in the eyes said God pulled at his heart to say God has not left me and go for it! Without knowing what was going on he said God also wanted him to offer any help that I may need free of charge. I busted out in tears and told him what was going on he laid hands on me and my wife said a prayer and said you guys have Gods blessings … after moving in with my family fighting lawyers we stepped out in faith and started the business.
So far so good we are moving out of the family’s house next week and are praying for more growth this year.
