Her term ends in 2026, I think covid saved her ass in 2022 due to the election being canceled. If memory serves me right, she is the same judge accused of driving drunk by local attorneys, several occasions with her grandson in the car, but has never been arrested or charged, and only investigated by private detectives.

Also the same judge that gave a convicted muderer probation after killing his mother. He later completed the probation and had his record expunged.
Last time I heard violent felonies were not eligible for expungement. When did THAT change?? Or is murder not a "violent" felony any longer?? Gah!! What a world ... 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Guess because he was a teen at the time???

A Tulsa County judge dismisses the murder case against a teen charged with murdering his mother.

Ian Cole was charged with stabbing his mother to death in 2016.

Tulsa Teen Charged With First-Degree Murder In Mother's Death

As part of a no contest plea the court withheld judgment pending the completion of a juvenile treatment program. Judge Sharon Holmes ruled yesterday Cole had successfully completed the program and expunged his record

Should have sent the kid to the forensic center for life in my not so humble opinion. But what do I know, I'm just a fellow surf, er, citizen.😎
The forensic center can only hold someone post-conviction if they've been found NGRI (not guilty by reason of insanity). But here's the rub; once that person is deemed no longer mentally ill/dangerous, they get released. That could be anywhere from six months to forever.
