Hmmmmm…….Okay, I would have put my money on somewhere in Michigan, Wisconsin or Ohio. Didn’t know there was such a major German influence in Tulsa.

Just put that on my calendar. I've never been to an Octoberfest anywhere including here in Ponca, but this falls on my birthday and I'd like to see what makes it #1.
If you are going to carry there, make sure you pocket carry. They make you show your belt last time I went. But, that was pre-covid.
Wow. The rest of them must be REALLY bad.
Never understood why the NE part of the state makes some y'all wet your diapers....
