go kill a turkey and save the liver.....Just kidding. I'm wondering if a local packing house in your area may know of a supplier? Might be worth a visit.
BTW I've also heard that rabbit livers from commercial growers work well too.
all that being said, When I catfished a lot, we took the chicken livers, and used the wifes panty hose to wrap the livers in, and then put a hook through it.
Worked great, just took a little time at home to prepare the bait.

I've heard turkey liver works for catfish. Does anyone know where to get it?

Thanks!

My wife has bought Turkey Liver for me at Whole Foods before, though I don't think they have it very often. It seems to work a little better than chicken liver for catfish, but maybe just because it stays on the hook better. If you know you are going to be up around Tulsa, you might give them a call to see if they have it.
