I can see the point you are trying to make, but I feel it is being HIGHLY MORE DISRESPECTFUL/INSOLENT to all families that have lost loved ones on military bases because of the fact that those loved ones COULDN'T DEFEND THEMSELVES because they couldn't be armed on a military base. MP's are just like policemen, "when seconds count, they are only minutes away". No guns on military bases and the elimination of our 2nd Amendment Rights are all part of the PC lib gun grabber's agenda(s). If the lib gun grabber's have their guns/bodyguards, they could care less what happens to anyone else.

I totally agree that they should be able to carry also but the point can easily be made in other ways other than cartoons about the shooting.

Political satire via cartoon is a time honored tradition that goes back to the founding of our nation. It isn't aimed at the fallen in this case, but those who failed them in the political process. Nothing about these cartoons should be misconstrued as disrespectful to the soldiers who have lost their lives, partially as a result of misguided and foolish policy.

Because of the stupid policy's of the individual post Commanders that rely on their politics to keep their job, vs the post Commanders that understand the Constitution and allow carry on bases.

Which of course is why so many privates throughout history have "blown off their privates" while armed.
