Sad thing is, the Supremacy Clause applies to a lot more things than we bother to loop through it, and this is just the sort of situation we'd normally find ourselves in when the Supreme Court "forgets" about it.

i hope 2/3's of the United States Senate would not support this proposed treaty. Political crap like this is the very reason the NRA exists.
