US Court of Appeals - Overturns Chicago Gun Range Ban

This may be old news to you - it was new to me today and it is good news for not just Chicagoans but for all Americans. BTW - note the strong language used by the Appeals Court to rebuke Chicago (and implicitly the District Court that originally heard the case)

I'm sure Mayor Rahm Emmanuel will continue to throw away money his city doesn't have in order to pay attorneys to keep losing in court.

I thought I read something yesterday about Chicago allowing gun ranges with a list of stipulations that made it nearly impossible for anyone to open a range.
