We're doing all we can do, there's nothing we can do about previous representatives of the range. I'm not sure who your referring to, but no one has any attitude issues these days.

Have you ever even been there? It is a legitimate question and one, quite honestly, the current management should encourage so that they can do their best to improve their image.
