You wont have to be a member to have access to the training group.
Questions 3 is basically "Member price question"
Question 4 is basically "Non Member price question"

I have wanted to sign up for some classes but am so busy with full-time work and school that doing a multiple day class just isn't possible. This definitely seems like a good idea.

I see no downside to this program. What an awesome way to train without eating up a lot of your time.
