Actually a co-worker smoked an armadillo and done what I guess to be a pretty good job. I tried a small piece and it was pretty good..BUT..It's kind of like the rattlesnake that was pretty good........NO THANKS...it's still an armadillo.

i often thought of eating one then back in the 1980 s i heard the highest insidence of leporsy was in south east LA. where the eat lots of armadllos
