I had to "google" "viggle" to see what it was. I used to be on the cutting edge of computers and electronics, but then got into shooting and now I'm getting further out of touch with the nerd world

No, no, no ... It's not an app to watch tv, it's an app that tracks tv watching and gives you points you can spend. There are sports games and trivia games to get extra points and chat rooms to visit with other folks interested in the same stuff you are.
