As dangerous an endeavor as this would be, I have been saying for a while that the people need to say enough is enough. Just like here the numbers are in their favor.

Mexicans share far more in common with Americans than many of us realize. Viva la raza de Mexico! If we were living under the exact same conditions, we would have done this a long time ago. I wish them every success, and wish they were better equipped to undertake this mission.

Maybe our government needs to give arms to these guys instead of the cartels via the Mexican govt.. We do it in lots of others countries. Aren't these guys just a loose-knit group of freedom fighters? Thoughts?

Hiding from all you crazy people!!!
The American people may get to this point eventually. I hope not, but I can see it coming. We haven't reached the level of violence that they are seeing.

Yes we have...
We may not be seeing be-headings on the news, but actual # of murders/deaths each year. There are more murders every year in single cities of this country then the entire country of Mexico! I looked into this pretty close when we went last year and decided to lease that ranch. Your odds of getting murdered here are far higher in places like Houston, Chicago, etc then anywhere across the boarder.
But like I said, we don't show the decapitations on the news every day....

I have to call BS on that one. Let's see some sources cause I'm pretty sure you pulled that out of your ass.

Uh, yeah, that ain't right. I think I read somewhere there were more murders in Juarez than in the entirety of the US. That should be a quick Google away for someone that cares enough to look for it. I don't.

I do know that possession of firearms in Mexico is forbidden by law and there are around 6000 private, legal weapons registered with the government. This is what strict gun control does. It disarms the honest citizens, and the criminals run wild. The cartels have no fear from the honest citizens, just rival cartels. So they kill the law abiding citizens at will for talking to the authorities. They are just blatant about things. They assassinate someone, then instead of fleeing the scene, they just hang around and watch the witnesses. If they see anyone speak with the police, they kill them after the police leave. This is what happens when you disarm the citizenry.
