Virginia GOP Plans to Split Electoral College Votes

An Electoral College expert said if similar states did the same a Republican would have taken office in the last two elections.

In the last few years California has been looking into doing the same… If by any chance California does split.... half would have voted Romney as well as Florida.

GOP says we are not letting the people really decide who they want into office, We are letting only the few big city's decide.
