Practice, practice, practice. I can knock out a thousand pistol rounds in a couple of hours. Proper lighting, the right tools and it rolls right along.Reloading takes time, though. For my part, I’ve found I’d rather be doing something else.
Not to ME - it’s a bit nerve-wracking, looking at each charge to make sure I haven’t messed it up. Then realizing I did, so I have to go back and check the previous loads. Then I seem to have a knack for bunging up a brand-new case and having to pitch it. I do OK with .45 Colt cowboy loads, but .38 Special gives me no end of trouble. I end up turning the lights out, walking away, and ordering ammo in bulk.
