Never saw one before, that's pretty cool. 
Hmmm... might be fairly simple to build something more/less similar using the top from a standard "click" pen, and the rifle round for the bottom part.
Especially with a pen where the top part has male threads. Otherwise, a small brass fitting should be easily modified to bridge the two.
