Look-up the article in ABAJournal today. She seems to have filed amicus briefs with the Supreme Court while teaching at Harvard, but that wouldn't qualify as practicing law in Mass. unless something else turns up. The woman doesn't have a law office in Mass. Unless somethintg else surfaces. The possibility exists that she's been practicing some sort of clandestined, back alley, black market law, but the evidence hasn't been produced as yet

Her office at Cambridge is a proffessorial office. Filing Breifs with the supreme court while having an office at Harvard is not practicing Law in the State of Massachusetts. At least that's what all those lefties are going to successfully claim.
If she had a shingle up at her Harvard office, you can bet she's taken it down by now.

It's all part of the plan.
