Look-up the article in ABAJournal today. She seems to have filed amicus briefs with the Supreme Court while teaching at Harvard, but that wouldn't qualify as practicing law in Mass. unless something else turns up. The woman doesn't have a law office in Mass. Unless somethintg else surfaces. The possibility exists that she's been practicing some sort of clandestined, back alley, black market law, but the evidence hasn't been produced as yet
Read, the links inside that story. The ones that support "Brown's side of the story." They all take you to the Boston Globe and none of them do any such thing. They relate only to friend of the court briefs in filed in Federal court.Read the piece I linked here.
