The best way to know will be to wait for the toxicology reports to come back. I'd be willing to bet that a lot of the initial reports are going to be slightly off the mark.

Man I hate to argue with you, but the best way to tell if he was on drugs is TO DISECT HIS ENTIRE BRAIN.

I so hope the Feds charge him and they change the venue to Oklahoma, maybe we could be jurors.
