Humm, wonder how chalk dust is different than the exhaust of coal fired power plants that we spent billions on filtering and many shut down. Seems we did too good of a job cleaning up our air. Similar to the panic of the ozone being destroyed in the atmosphere and then the panic that it closed up too tight to help cool the earth too much after mandating a change in the type of Freon used world wide. Or was that because the DuPont world wide patent on R-12 and R-22 was about to run out. Good thing DuPont was on top of the situation and had a new replacement refrigerant to put on the market with a new 20 year world wide patent for everyone to change to it.
Yep, as a motorcycle rider. Riding out of the city in the mornings meets warmer air as you get out of the city. Returing late as it is getting cool in the country you are greeted with the latent heat absorbed and slowly let off by the concrete and asphalt in the city. Just a shift of time frame of how fast the heat radiates out of the soil vs concrete. Not more or less heat, but a shift in when it is absorbed or released.
