See what it says at the beginning of the article? It says that despite a statewide Stay At Home Order, people in Chicago are STILL shooting each other at an alarming rate!

How can we stop this? The only way is to take away all their guns. I think the Mayor of Chicago should just say: "Alright now; that's enough! You people all need to come turn in your guns right now, and I mean it! If you don't do it, and we catch you shooting somebody, why...why...we'll charge you with failing to obey my turn in your gun order...or something bad like that even. And dang it; Ya'll all need to stay at home and wear your masks too. And wash your hands".

Its like the far left libbies are running city wide experiments to see which dystopia they can create faster. Between Chicago's high violence rate, LA's homeless rate and NYC's tax you til yer dead... I'm just glad I stayed here in OK even though the allergies are starting to kill me.

A boot legging boozer on the west side, full of people who were doing wrong, I was just about to call up the D.A. man when I heard somebody singing a song. A pair of 45's made me open my eyes........the Hollies! See it IS geographic!

That is remarkable. I've noticed Tulsa has three "red" areas for murder - two of those areas were really nice, low crime neighborhoods when I was young. I'm not really sure how that geography dictates proclivity for violence - maybe something in the soil? I know those two areas changed a bunch after 1984 - perhaps the flood plain mitigation that was done affected the terrain in such a way to make the folks more violent?
Someone should study this.
