I saw a Channel 9 news report that stated that concealed carry was not allowed at the State Fair.

I found this on the Oklahoma State Fair web page (FAQ):
I have a concealed carry permit, may I carry my gun?

Weapons are not allowed at the Oklahoma State Fair. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Oklahoma State Fair, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Oklahoma State Fair rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

Fairgrounds are specifically exempted from anyone restricting carry. Buildings are a different story. Concealed is concealed.
