Loose wire strands will embed nicely in your skin and maybe even bone.

Hopefully, there would be enough wire sticking out to grab it with some dykes (wire cutters) to pull it out.

This happens a lot with an angle grinder and a wire cup cleaning up my ugly welds. Those wires go through jeans like they aren’t there.

A Kid And A Mower does a good job. I am not sure what he uses. For $400 for the mowing season, I don't have to worry about any of it.

They make specific brush cutter versions with a circular saw blade and U handle. It will cut through 3" tree. I have the Echo version.
