I don't think this one has been brought up, but this looks interesting; if it's been stuck in one of the other WBC threads, let me know:

http://gatewaypundit.rightnetwork.c...h-to-picket-dearborn-islamic-center-nov-18th/

Good quote from the comments that really made me think:

This will be an interesting exercise. The WBC idiots are rightfully roundly loathed by everyone. But we’ve seen the courts defend their right to protest the funerals of fallen military personnel. How will authorities treat their attack against Islam?

If cops are called to intervene or preempt this situation, but not on behalf of soldier’s families…

Where is the line that separates freedom of speech and harrassment?

I'm all for the rights that are guaranteed by the Constitution but no one has the right to harass someone else.

Well said. Hopefully, most people realize what nut jobs these people are don't pay them any mind. Of course, since they are protesting islams, some islam group will make a huge deal about this.

That line is called provoking and it often times is decided by which person has the best lawyer - like I always say, freedom of speech can put you across that fine line of provoking an ass-whoopin and when that happens, you can't really use the freedom of speech argument any longer.

Someone just needs to use the WBBC's own poison against them and sue for slander/public-harassment/whatever and put them in their place. It can be done and there are more than enough lawyers out there who should be willing to fight for that cause if for no other reason than to shut them up.
