The Oklahoma Game Warden Cookbook has a recipe for barbecued Raccoon.
I told a co-worker that, and said I think I will pass.
He said Yeah, it's really greasy.

I had it once. It was smoked and then wrapped to go back on the smoker. The best I remember it wasn’t bad, but was a little stringy.

The recipe book I referenced shows 26 recipes for raccoon and 4 for muskrat. Just give me a shout and I’ll be happy to share them with anyone who wants them.
