What do I have here ?

The round on the right. Looks to be either wood or plastic projectile. Doesn't appear to be reloaded.
IIRC, the round on the left is a 243, for size reference.

It came in a box full of various brass, junk, and detritus.

Maybe a .308 training round ? From what era ?

Some sort of training round. The Swedes have threaded barrels. There is a device that threads on and splits or shatters the wooden bullet when fired.

Looks to be Russian by the lettering, or at least some Cyrillic language.
