Oh, do they eat grasshoppers? If so, where can I get a few dozen of them?

Grasshoppers have swarmed, almost to Biblical proportions.

Wif looked out kitchen window, yesterday afternoon, to see a roadrunner run across the back yard. She watched it eat grasshoppers for several minutes. She moved to another window, for a better angle, closer look. It ran around house and munched in the front yard for a few more minutes.
It finally dawned on me to take a Pic. I get camera and look out just in time to see it run down the street.

First I've ever seen in town, but cool to watch, for a few minutes.

I got hit by one while in HS at my grandparents place and it was worse than the hornet sting I had a short time earlier that summer. Got into a nest of water moc’s too but made it out without getting bit in that one. Surprised I made it to my senior year looking back on it.
