OOB that far out would have been a lot more spectacular of a screwup.

I kinda think @KurtM is correct and I didn’t think of that one. I think it didn’t form fully because the pressure just wasn’t high enough.

Would it have fired if out of battery? I was fighting a case sizing die once that left it just out of battery and it would fire. Just a click.
