XM radio has a devoted chanel of Elvis. He had thousands of songs. As he got older he did more complex songs and an incredible amount of songs that other artists made hits. The stuff he did in the 50's and 60's was what made him the money and was somewhat directed by the industry. I'm a fan of the more complex stuff. There are some lists of what he recorded and lyrics on the net but only a fraction of his stuff gets any attention it seems.
Its a toss-up between Edge of Reality and Kentucky Rain. In the Ghetto gets honorable mention.
My favorite Elvis song is "The King Is Gone" by George Jones.
