If you (or anyone) likes older stuff, there is a free website (Project Gutenberg) with a huge selection of online books. They're free because the copyrights have expired, or they were never copyrighted to begin with.

This is the old search engine (I prefer it over the new one - YMMV).

Might be worth browsing. :drunk2:

I’d recommend the Dark Tower seris, but i bet you’ve read it. Another really good couple along the same lines as World War Z is Day by Day Armageddon by J.L. Borne and the MorningStar Strain by Z.A. Recht.

I may have to revisit The Dark Tower. I tried it several years back.

I have the Day by Day series. I'll up load those to the Ipad. Thanks.

If you don't mind a bit of shameless self-promotion here, I have a PA novel on Kindle called The Pale Horse. It is the story of a catastrophic act of terrorism and the aftermath.

You can read the first part for free here.

I seem to remember when you were writing this, or maybe I am disremembering.

Didn't you post up some chapters for folks to read and comment on? Either here or over on AR15.com?

If you like delving into human psychology you might try Serial Violence: Analysis of Modus Operandi and Signature Characteristics of Killers by Robert D. Keppel and William Birnes. It is considered "the" textbook on serial killers.
