Looks like some kind of blower for attaching to the hose after the hose is connected to the air discharge on the dead pig.
I thought I was the only one who has to haul around one of those dead pigs when it's time to vacuum. Problem with them is they last forever. The one we have is 30+ years old and running like when we just bought it.

I dimly recall this, and think it turns the hose into a vibrator--not kidding. I thought Filter Queens were extinct.
I can't help identify the attachment but this thread brings back some memories. My parents got duped into buying a Filter Queen back in the 60s when they were poor newlyweds and door to door sales were popular. I remember using the thing as a kid and it was a tank.
It makes your hose vibrate.
Where can I buy one of those...hah...
They will be, once they all stop working sometime into the next century.
