where can I get my pistol refinished

Just bought a Norinco 213 and looking to,getit refinished. Anyone had lack with a DIY kit? If not can you point me in the right direction or quite me a price. Thanks

Kevin Toothman at USSA does work on pistols too, dont know what any of these guys' pricing is like. Franson would be a solid option as well.
