Where to duck hunt

Where is a good spot preferably in NE Oklahoma to hunt some quackers. Even better would be somewhere where I could get buy with just waders and no dog.

I have a black lab but she is a pet and would be worthless.

Kaw Lake is managed by the ODW for waterfowl hunting. It might be tough to hunt without a dog and decoys. Feeder creeks leading to the WMA's should hold ducks, and a person could jump shoot them.
Ponds or standing water in a field will attract ducks. One would have to get landowner permission though.

The Oolagah/Verdigris used to be great, it's been along time since I've hunted that area though. Just like Kaw, we hunted the feeder creeks that would flow into the Verdigris River.
