That's stunning. The guilloché pattern on that dial is done by hand cranking on a rose engine. Incredibly difficult to do correctly and takes years to master. Those are spectacular. There is a lot to be said of Japanese hand-craftsmanship.
I am absolutely enamored with my Snowflake, but there are two others that were on the list. The Four Seasons - Spring and the White Birch. Both are phenomenal in person. Just like the Snowflake, pictures really don't do them justice.
