That face looks somewhat pearlescent in the pic. Is it? Looks kinda like a mid 90’s Cadillac color. I like it!

No, a semi gloss, slightly off white BG9 Lume, glows blue in the dark, I'll get some photos later. One of my favorite watches in spite of a low cost! Actually within 5 seconds per day too, but not certified.

How huge of difference is there in the finishing quality on the King Seiko compared to your GS? That dial is absolutely the perfect shade of green.

The GS is obviously better. The angle of the picture was not intentional, but it really showed the brushing on the case. The KS is really top notch finishing, the GS is just special.

The shade of green will change when light hits it. It's generally pretty dark, but it does get substantially more green in sunlight. It's a really great dial on that watch.
