My load, developed in 1975, 52.5 gr 4064, Win LRP, 150 gr Sierra SP in Federal brass.

The factory, red box Federals would shoot 3" - 4" groups. I was getting frustrated at "my shooting".

A teacher friend taught me to reload, we worked up a ladder and when tested, I managed 3 groups of 5 shots @ 100 yards of 5/8".

Haven't shot any other load since then.
Over 1000 rounds and see no reason to change.

When I worked up a load in my 30-06 I also ended up at 52.5 gr IMR 4064 with 150 gr Hornady 3031 bullet. CCI 200 primers and Remington Peters cases.
Chronographed the load at 3030 fps and this was measured at 20 feet away from the muzzle.
Under 5" group at 500 yards.
I am with you. No need to change it.
Just find the seating depth that works with the bullet and firearm.

I have run the load through 4 rifles and they never fail to perform.

My old hunting buddy loads 54.5 gr 4350 with 180 gr Hornady. The load performs well, in my rifle, but I have no need for 180 gr bullets.
