Tough to say, like Invicta it has a Seiko movement, however Pulsar is a Seiko brand. The only really definitive test would be size. If it the case is greater than 44 mm from the 1:45 mark to the 7:45 mark it would qualify as "ghetto bling." If it were entirely gold plate with at least one faux diamond definitely, assuming over 40 mm. I do like the detailed dial. Very 80's and 90's. Nice watch!

Is the dial textured on this? Nice watch. Makes me miss my Luminox, but reconditioning it would have cost more than a new one! Bought it for $10 at a garage sale, sold on ebay for $100.

Yes, it's the Navy SEAL version. Retail on them is about $500 I found this at a pawn shop for $50.
