I sure enjoy seeing these watches from childhood/kidhood...I well recall electro-mechanical, Accutron tuning forks, Astron quartz, Pulsar digital watches and clocks, while most of us stuck with mechanicals the same way we stuck with wind-up alarm clocks which worked when the power went out. And miss things labeled waterproof, even if we found out later that they weren't.
You might just see a little something from your list posted by me in a few weeks….

While wearing my watch o' the day, I note it still almost a second slow at end of month, where I may have been merely slow on the trigger at first of month setting for date change.

Conversely, the Seiko Samurai and Turtle have spent unparalled time off wrist and have been manually wound daily....where my Samurai of never more than 2mins fast per month is now 5mins fast, while the always 5min slow at end of month aptly named Turtle is dead-on with the Citizen.
