Dad was a Marine, raised in Vista. Did 20 in the Navy in San Diego. Recently escaped the loony bin and landed in Haskell County. Nice place. Anyone want to buy a nice 4br/3ba, 3 car, 2200sq ft house w/salt water pool? 93230.
Moved to Carson as a little kid in '69. It sucked. Then to Running Springs, near Lake Arrowhead. Great place to grow up. Joined the Army at 18 and only go to California to visit family.
California has beautiful places, but just too many Californians squished into the South, somehow believing they're living the "California dream".. And stuck in traffic.
