Why is the "Oklahoma River" dry?

The preacherman say's it's the end of time, and the Oklahoma River she's a goin' dry.

But an OKC city boy will survive!!!!

Midwest City didn't implement any watering restrictions last summer, even when OKC did.

Us country folk don't see a difference between OKC and Midwest City...
