Scotch & Sirloin - steak. Expensive. Downtown

Sabor - Cuban/Mexican. Old Town. Best place in town!

Red Rock Canyon grill. North of Beech Field. I know you said no chains, but it's a small one.

Cocoa Dolce - chocolate/dessert. North of beech field. Really cool plac that has really great liquor filled chocolates.

Timbuktu Bar in Andover. Three miles east of Wichita. Best hamburgers. The grease runs down you're wrist down to you're elbow.
