I'm still not sure what to think about WikiLeaks, but it won't change anything if Assange gets arrested. This is old news to people out there who are remotely technical, but there's now a massive push on the Internet to put up distributed mirrors of WikiLeaks on independent web servers.
Whenever old-world authorities like the police try to take on modern Internet-based organizations, like Anonymous, Critical Mass, or WikiLeaks, it's really funny. WikiLeaks may have a figurehead unlike the other two, but organizations like this tend to be very decentralized. People who don't get it always want to try to find "the man at the top" but...there really isn't a man at the top. And if there is, and you find him, another one will take his place in about half an hour.

I enjoy how the news sources try to cast the image that WikiLeaks is just hobbling along after what has happened. "OH noes, they can't buy stuff from Amazon with their Paypal accounts?!?!" Gonna take a heck of a lot more than that.
