We will soon be without any politicians, presidents, or generals if that is really the case.

There is a very big difference between doing so in the line of duty and someone who doesn't have a dog in the hunt dumping info out there that could get our guys killed for no other reason than they wanted to be big shots on the internet.

Other than pure greed what did the PFC or the "Aussie" stand to gain from what they did? How many lives did they jeprodize for that greed? I'll say it again: traitor and spy, Kll 'em, cover 'em, say words over 'em! Make believers out of the rest of 'em.

Dave, I understand what you're saying but I have to disagree. Any good that could come out of all this is destroyed if lives are put in harms way and/or lost as a result.

Although I want transparency in government, having a US hater expose secrets that kill is not part of it.

Then you create a situation in which the government can destroy transparency by creating situations in which exposing the truth endangers people. Put another way, you enable the government to use its own citizens (and others) as human shields to cover up its own misdeeds.

That's the real tragedy.
