The house tried to pull a good move with non budget no pay, but will Obama and the anti-gunners use it now as leverage for themselves? I can see them saying "fine, your paychecks are cut too, not just ours. So, unless you want to be paid, you better sign off on our gun control measures. We aren't producing a budget until that is done."
